I would thoroughly recommend Fran Ibson and SJP to anyone considering making a personal injury claim. I was involved in a Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and have found their advice and guidance to be invaluable throughout.
Anyone sustaining personal injury is naturally going to be anxious about engaging the right representation to get the best outcome and are probably more susceptible to using large firms, which have strong marketing strategies. I would argue that size does not guarantee wisdom, professionalism, sound judgement or the best outcome.
SJP have secured the very best financial settlement for me and they have a more caring, personal approach than you could expect from larger firms. SJP actually know their clients' injuries intrinsically as a result of their smaller size, their communication is stronger and I found SJP are very approachable.
