Work cases

  • Assisting a client to acquire a strategic site to complement their existing land. Dealing with provision of security for the lender without compromising the client’s existing land-holding which was free from borrowings
  • Acting in the acquisition of land for future diversification. The work involved looking forward to assess future risks to the redevelopment of the site before acquisition, so these could be factored into the purchase negotiations
