I wanted to rewrite my will and set up two LPAs. Monika, and all the team members I met, were very welcoming and I felt actively supported. Monika spent time explaining the process and clarifying any questions I had. It was a very personal experience and I appreciate the expertise I was given.

Monika is excellent at providing information and advice in an easy to understand format. She uses ‘every day’ language which is easy to follow. If I was unsure about anything Monika took the time to clarify the meaning.

My overall experience was positive. Monika had prepared thoroughly before our in-person meetings which I absolutely appreciate. The most stand out part of the service is Monika taking the time to understand what my client needs were and advising accordingly. I have been given excellent advice and am very happy with my will and LPAs.
