Training Programme
A flexible training programme is negotiated with each trainee solicitor at the start of their training contract. The objective is to give each trainee experience in a wide range of matters in the first 12-16 months and then, so far as possible, allow each to choose a division in which to work for the last 8-12 months. This latter period aims to provide a deeper insight into the area of the law in which you wish to specialise on qualification.

Your Ability
There is no template for a Stamp Jackson & Procter recruit. Academic achievement gives us a good indication of the prime requirement - ability; but commitment and character are equally important. We work as a team but look for leadership qualities in every fee-earner. That means showing initiative, welcoming responsibility and always serving the clients’ interests through seeking the best way to do a job.
