Natural England
Stamp Jackson & Procter, particularly Simon Gittings, has been advising Natural England (English Nature) for more than 15 years, having initially been recommended to Natural England to deal with its acquisition of the peat lands formerly worked by Fisons plc and its subsidiaries.
During the course of acting for English Nature, the firm has dealt with well over 300 matters, both on a national basis through Natural England’s headquarters and for local teams on a nationwide basis, from Cornwall to Kent, from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to Northumbria.
